Burning The House Of Cards: taking revenge on my billionaire family

Chapter 105 - 104. Not So Little Lamb

"What the fuck is this?!"

Sarah and Hajin raised their brows as they watched Mari slam her fists on the table. The girl continued to kick invisible stuff in the air and threw invisible objects while letting out angry noises.

Rather entertaining, they must say.

"That’s what he did, Miss."

Mari ended her passionate enactment with bated breath. Her face, however, flushed in excitement. Pretty good for someone who watched Mason’s wrath directly.

But then again, she had faced a loan shark’s threats and the possibility of her mother’s death. A young master’s wrath was hardly scary if she didn’t have to fear getting sacked.

Unlike when she faced Sarah before.

"That’s your phone he threw?" Sarah asked, turning her eyes back to the mirror, and continued putting on makeup for that night’s monthly dinner.

It had been three days since their ’photoshoot’ moment. To avoid early confrontation--which hopefully would flame Mason even more--Sarah had been leaving the house early and coming home late, holing up in the new company so she looked like she was working. Since Mason wouldn’t risk being seen meeting her deliberately, he wouldn’t go to the company to ask her why she didn’t kick Hajin out.

On the other hand, he wouldn’t tell anyone about Hajin’s real identity. Perhaps he would if Chairman Yoo did not want an heir, but since he did, letting their father know would only mean adding another possible suitor for Sarah. Obviously, Mason wouldn’t want that.

Mason would have been so, so pissed this time.
