Burning The House Of Cards: taking revenge on my billionaire family

Chapter 78 - 77. Threading The Present (M)

Hajin took it slowly, truly slowly. The slowest he ever did with anyone.

He savored the kiss, every little tremble of the lips, and how the fingers tracing his figure jolted a little bit when his tongue grazed her palate. It was bliss, more so because he knew it was only temporary.

Just for one night, she said.

Hajin had every confidence of making the woman he slept with beg for next time, but not with this one. His master, his princess, his goddess; the one chasing away his nightmares, was a delicate piece of art. Her mind and soul were made of glass, to be handled with care and all of his heart.

So he savored it, every kiss and touch, moving carefully so she wouldn’t get startled by his weight. He held her nape, fingers gently hovering over her pulse to check her condition, listening to her breathing closely, even while they were stealing each other’s breath.

Thankfully, Sarah didn’t get into another panic attack. She was trembling and shuddering a lot when he started to slip his hand beneath her shirt, stroking her bare waist; but she let out a sigh instead of a choked gasp, never once pulling away from his touch.

At least, until she felt the bulge pressing between her thighs and gasped in surprise. Hajin pulled away slightly to observe the girl, who was staring wide-eyed at their crotch--his, to be exact. She didn’t look scared or panicked, however, with her cheeks bashfully flushed red and her throat swallowing in response. Rather than apprehension, it was more of a maiden reaction to--

Huh...

Hajin widened his eyes as his brain spurred into realization. If Sarah had her trauma triggered the moment someone pinned her to bed, how about the times she did it when she was abroad?

The only logical explanation was that it never happened because...she never slept with anyone else, despite her acting like she slept around all the time.

Right. Acting. She had been acting like that. Those rumors, spread by the assistant sent to attend to her and the other diaspora students, were crafted by her.
