Chapter 63: Trauma
Looking at his fingers, he unconsciously ran mana through them, and an orange spark phased across.
His eyes widened at what he saw.
Jumping to his feet, he ran his mana through his fingers, and another spark phased through them.
He increased the amount of mana and electric arcs flashed across them. They increased in intensity.
Unbeknownst to him, his eyes had a faint orange glow.
The arcs slowly formed a large lightning bolt and just when it did, the door opened.
Logan’s eyes darted to the door and he saw an unfamiliar person staring at him.
The boy appeared to be of a similar age, just with blonde hair that had silver streaks and bright blue eyes that seemed timid.
Without pause or hesitation, Logan blurred and ran to the boy.
He gripped his neck firmly and held it like a vice. Innumerable thoughts on how to kill him ran through Logan’s mind.
If it were that the boy had seen him using darkness magic, he could have played it off and been cool with no problem, but lightning Magic was something entirely different.
He just couldn’t take the risk.
