Chapter 12: Roommate
Logan observed the remnant wisps of grey energy that quickly dissipated.
’That energy, it’s the same as the one that beast emitted right before it-’ Logan thought in horror as a phantom burning sensation spread around his body.
"This academy isn’t safe. Who is responsible? Is it personal or a coincidence that I am involved in this?" Logan asked himself aloud as he paced the room a few times before sitting on the lower bunk.
"This is infuriating!" Logan yelled as he punched the wall close to him.
He looked at the paper like it held all the answers in the universe.
The silence that ensued made it feel that the very world itself was mocking him.
Logan failed to notice the insidious feeling of twisted hilarity that started to permeate his mind.
"I came here to get stronger and NOONE will stop me" He started laughing.
"And if they try.." His right eye twitched, "I’ll make sure my Darkness Magic consumes them" He finished, releasing a bit of darkness that corroded the paper and left nothing in its wake.
"Now, I believe that the academy owes me a couple of spells" Logan spoke before heading out of the room, closing the door behind him.
