Chapter 30 - 21 The First Task
"If I could stay in the Dan Yao Hall a little longer, I feel like my Qi and blood slightly improved. It's even better than eating dried meat."
Lin Yuan walked into the Dan Yao Hall with hope.

The white cranes and green pines were painted with bright paint, lifelike, with white, red, green, and blue colors, very eye-catching.
Turning around the screen, Lin Yuan took a glance at the rockeries, bamboo forest, green water, and red fish, as beautiful as a landscape painting. In the distance, two or three people were talking near the rockery, with a few black-robed disciples standing beside them.
Lin Yuan's eyesight was keen enough to see the three people talking, noticing one had a blue cloud pattern on his cuff. The clothing of the other two did not resemble the academy's attire, probably indicating they were not from the academy.
"What are you doing?" Suddenly, a low voice came beside Lin Yuan's ear.
Lin Yuan was startled. He didn't know when someone was already standing beside him.
Lin Yuan looked in the direction of the voice. The person was dressed in a black robe, standing close to two meters tall, with a formidable build nearly a head taller than Lin Yuan.
His face was square, with a wheat-colored complexion that was glowing. His phoenix eyes carried a scrutinizing look, fixing on Lin Yuan as if interrogating a prisoner, making Lin Yuan somewhat nervous.
The blue and white cloud pattern on his black robe's cuff indicated his status as an elite disciple.
