Villainous Me: Help! The heroines are yanderes!

Chapter 49: A glimpse of the past (R-18)[GTG]

Within the confines of a huge room that practically screamed opulence, was a young man with ink-black hair and ruby eyes. Beside him was a lady with curly, long blonde hair and sky-blue eyes. They were both seated on the huge bed, which was the centerpiece of the room due to its size, with the young man sitting on it, while the lady sat on his lap, the weight of her round, voluptuous bottom pressing down on him.

"I don’t know, this isn’t right, Ryan. I feel like I’m betraying Leon," the lady voiced her worries.

"But I promised to be with you every step of the way," he said, cupping her cheeks and staring into her eyes.

"I know that... But, I just feel like I’m doing something very wrong. I can’t tell why. It’s like something is interfering with my thoughts," she said, placing a hand on her chest as she spoke.

But Ryan anticipated this much. This was not going to be an easy quest after all. She was the villainess of this world, cursed to always love the prince and fight against the heroines. It was simple, actually. The prince, though being her fiancé, was enchanted by the heroine, Lyra, and sought to conquer her.

But therein lies the twist. By doing so, he neglects the villainess, and the feeling of envy starts to bud, which in turn, turns her into a full-fledged villain. But just like in every plot, they always die. That’s the way it’s meant to be. The heroines always triumph. And that was the case here. She was meant to love the prince unconditionally, even if she didn’t really feel that way, so Ryan trying to steal her away brought this feeling of betrayal.

"... Ha! It’s okay, we don’t need to do it," Ryan gave a small smile, then took her up in a princess carry before placing her on the bed. He then left after that, but suddenly, he felt a hand grasping his wrist.

"Are you... Leaving?" asked Helen, shocked by this sudden move.

Ryan then turned back and stared her in the eyes. "Yeah, I heard what you said, and I feel the best course of action would be to end this relationship as a whole. Your heart still belongs to him, and though it hurts..." He gave a small, pained smile. "I understand. I don’t want you to take a decision you’d regret."
