Throughout the entire trip, Jiang An only bought one outfit for her thesis defense. After racking up a load of purchases, Wanwan noticed that the young girl beside her had only bought one item and frowned in discontent, "Why did you buy just one thing?"
Jiang An replied with an awkward smile: "There’s nothing else I wanted to buy."
Besides, the clothes here all start with three-digit prices, and as a college student who hasn’t yet graduated, she couldn’t afford them.
Ji Wanwan sized up Jiang An from head to toe: a black wool coat paired with a white shirt beneath, just an ordinary student’s ensemble.
