Chapter 1: The hardest years

When exactly was the hardest year of a persons life? It was a question that many had very different answers to.
Some would say that there worst years were growing old and not being able to do the stuff you used to. Others would claim that the year's after high school trying to start your life as a adult were the hardest and some would even say that childhood the worst.
For me although I had never experienced most of those things I could still say that the worst years of my life was when I started puberty. As a young boy I didn't really understand the changes my body was going through until they started to happen.
One second all was thinking about was normal kid stuff like comics and sports and out of nowhere my mind was instantly filled with the thoughts of the opposite gender.
It wasn't a relative change either that happed over time which I could get used to. It felt like it happened overnight and there was nothing I could do to stop it.
Despite the woes of puberty if I lived in a normal household then my problems wouldn't even be half as big as they were. I was the unfortunate member of a all female family.
My mother was the head of the household and provided for my three elder sister's and me. She was very young for a mother of three and still kept her youthful charm along with her beauty. As for my father he had passed away shortly after I was born so I didn't know to much about him other then the fact that my mother didn't seem to bothered by his death.
The main problem with living in a household of only women was that you saw things that you shouldn't see. It was something you couldn't control but for me it was much worse and that was because of my age.
Because I was so young my mother and sister's saw me as some type of little innocent baby and because of that they didn't care about what I saw since I was a baby in their eyes.
