The family of four’s group portrait began with everyone dressed in all-white formal wear; Qin Jiran and Little Meatball were clad in matching white suits, while Su Yanyi and Little Glutinous Rice Ball donned matching white princess dresses. "This dress really makes me want to roll my eyes," Su Yanyi muttered. From what she recalled, she had only worn this kind of lace-adorned white princess dress when she was very young, of course, excluding wedding dresses.
"You look beautiful, like a princess," Qin Jiran said as he gazed at Su Yanyi with unfathomable tenderness. It was his first time seeing Su Yanyi like this—graceful, majestic, with a touch of purity and her unchanging, crisp coldness that maintained a sense of distance.
"I am the Queen; she is the princess," Su Yanyi retorted with her signature tilt of her head, her delicate fingers pointing towards Little Glutinous Rice Ball, who stood there looking bewildered and comical, as if utterly clueless. She looked left and right, then grabbed her little dress, though it was unclear whether it was due to discomfort or disdain.
Little Meatball, on the other hand, quietly played his part as Little Prince, his smile beaming radiantly.
"Ahem, are the clothes fitting well? I’ll apply some light makeup for you first," Liu Liu appeared out of nowhere with a makeup box, and proceeded to do the makeup for Su Yanyi and Qin Jiran in turn, but merely added a simple embellishment without any heavy makeup. After the makeup session, it looked almost as if they hadn’t worn any at all, truly embodying the saying: The most skillful makeup technique is making it look like there’s no makeup at all.
Of course, even without makeup, both of them looked stunning.
The photo shoot started, and the family of four changed poses to match the photographer’s requests. None of the poses were overly dramatic, yet the atmosphere was incredibly warm.
