"My Qin family consists only of me. Whether it’s shameful or not has nothing to do with you. Can you stop talking nonsense every time you see me? Are you deliberately looking for trouble?" Qin Jiran felt that Qin Zhenyi definitely had issues. Every time he went out of his way to come find him, he would specifically look for ways to make him uncomfortable, as if offending him more fiercely each time was his goal. It was utterly boring.
"I’m trying to help you. With the Qin family as your backing, you wouldn’t have to fear her Su family! Why endure such aggrievement?" Qin Zhenyi stood up and looked at Qin Jiran with a gaze full of anger at his nonchalance.
Qin Jiran was somewhat stupefied, feeling more and more that the man before him was incredibly absurd. The Qin family as his backing? Not fear the Su family? Enduring aggrievement? Were these alien terms? If they were Chinese, why couldn’t he understand them?
And Su Yanyi just found it laughable. Which act was Qin Zhenyi putting on here? Had his brain been stimulated, or had he forgotten to take his medication before leaving the house? That presumptuous demeanor of his was exceptionally unsightly.
"Mr. Qin, maybe you should see a doctor for your brain. Being too presumptuous is also a kind of sickness," Su Yanyi said in a cool tone. If this wasn’t her home, she would have certainly turned around and left by now.
"Su Yanyi, do you even have the word ’courtesy’ in your eyes? I’m your elder, and this is how you speak to me?" It must be said that, even if Qin Zhenyi’s brain was not problematic, his intelligence was definitely lacking. Why couldn’t he understand that, since he had been capable of sending his own biological son to an orphanage back then, how could his abandoned son possibly still treat him like an elder! Upsetting himself by putting on airs of an elder here was truly a futile effort!
"You are welcome to leave if you dislike hearing this. My home isn’t too welcoming towards you anyway." Su Yanyi couldn’t bring herself to greet someone she disliked with a smile, and don’t think that she was unaware of Qin Zhenyi’s purpose here. He was nothing but trying to win over Qin Jiran or even the Su family. Otherwise, why would he remember this son he had abandoned!
