'To think Master solved the problem this quick. But that is to be expected.' Grayfia too felt the weight lift off her shoulders.
Euclid told her about Ophis and how she would come for him for deserting the Khaos Brigade. He begged her to let him return, but she dragged him here. Grayfia planned to ask Adam to help her once she proved herself. But, Adam arrived at the store with Ophis. And their bond looked something similar to a parent and a child.
'With this, I can rest easy about Euclid.' Grayfia thought refilling Ophis' plate.
Everyone had calmed down somewhat and took their seats around the grand table on the third floor for dinner.
"So, she sneaked into the kitchen of our mansion in the woods and you have been giving her food since?" Amazed at how simple yet frightening that was Rias sighed. She had no idea about Ophis' presence, from the looks of it neither did anyone else.
"Yes. But she doesn't have a place to stay, so I thought bringing her here would be good. Everyone here can take care of her and she can guard against any attackers." Adam said enjoying his vintage wine.
"I, will do my best," Ophis said her lips covered in sauce. From her appearance alone one wouldn't expect her to be such a terrifying figure. But, none of them doubted her capabilities. In the end, she was the Infinite Dragon God.
"If any of the major factions find out about this they'll lose their minds." Roygun chuckled.
She knew that even without Ophis this store was sturdy enough to defend them against all attacks. Adam had worked on the safety of this place a bit too well, the barriers she had control over would deal with anyone foolish enough to attack the place. Even then, she wouldn't pour cold water on his parade and accept his plan.
