" yes, a hundred years. So it's either you cook and lose then hand me a decade or your life, or forfeit and hand me a century of your life. It's your call," Mater Fubara said with a slight shrug.
Kenji looked at the so called master chef with his mouth wide open; bullsh*t! This is no great master chef, this is a great master killer!!
Having no other choice, Kenji sighed, he now hoped that the meal he was going to prpare was going to be good, and that master Fubara hadn't seen anything like that before.
" Judging by your exppression, it seems you have made up your choice to just cook for me," said master Fubara, whole staring at Kenji a bit sinisterly.
" You can use any of the ingredients over in that spacial box and use the stove right there," he added, as he pointed at the spacial box and stove.
Kenji only nodded, as he felt like if he opened his mouth, he might just say something bad; like the heck people? Since he got to this damned world, it seems like it's one bad luck after the other.
First, he was kicked out of the so called hero's party, which was formed by the king using his friends after summoning them to this world.
Second, he was scammed and threatened by that crazy saleslady and lost a gold coin to her. Even if he has stack of gold coins in his spacial ring, don't forget that Kenji was once a business man in a monster company, and so even if he was scammed a dollar, it would sting him just as much as being scammed a thousand dollars. No matter the case, it was still money, and the more the better, the less the worst. Being scammed was no fun, even if it was a little replaceable money. It would be better to give it over to someone else willingly than to be scammed.
Third, he thought he could live his dream of becoming a great cook, and so decided to enter this stupid disciple trial and try his best to win master Fubara's favor. But it seems that won't be possible, as this man is no master chef, he's even worse than the saleslady who took money from him. This guy wants to take a part of his life span. He actually didn't know if it was possible to do that. But this is a world that runs by magic, if such a thing is said by a well known master, like this killer ( master Fubara) over here, then he might actually be able to do it, so it was better not to test it.
