"Are you fine, sir?" Stella was most definitely sure she was not fine, but she could feign it. He could not. "I’m fine," Matteo cleared his throat and continued with the interview, "How do you approach teamwork and collaboration?"
Stella leaned back into her seat, her mood half spoilt, the other, hanging on to the thread that he was willing to go through with the interview, even if she did not get hired. It was a pathetic goal – not exactly, but it was worth the wait.
"I work closely with the executives I support, as well as other members of our team, to ensure that we are all working together effectively. I always try to contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
"That much could be proven with a bunch of tests if she was up to the task. He almost chuckled amidst her answer, but he withheld himself.
What an interview.
"That sounds great. How do you stay organized and manage your time effectively?" In his opinion, he thought of locking her up and then doing the nastiest things to her, willing her to respond to his every will.
"I use calendar reminders, to-do lists, and task tracking software." Her voice was shaky this time as she had managed to seat through the entire interview whilst holding herself from leaking out. "I’m also very mindful of my time, setting clear boundaries and prioritizing my most important tasks."
