Forbidden Cravings

Chapter 98: My Love for Her

*Tap, tap.* The cubicle door creaked open, and Aeri stepped inside, her cream sweater soft under the lights, her jeans hugging her ass tightly, her white sneakers bright against the tiles. Her hair fell loose, framing her face, her phone clutched tightly in one hand, the silver band of her wristwatch glinting.

Her eyes were wide with worry, her cheeks faintly pink, the realization that she was in the men’s washroom—not the women’s—adding a flush of embarrassment to her expression.

"Ezra..." she said, her voice a hesitant whisper, her brow furrowed as she took in my calm posture, my gentlemanly smile.

"What happened? You called me out in men’s washroom suddenly. Is everything okay?" Aeri asked with concern and worriness in her eyes.

"Hey, hi," I said, my smile widening, my voice light, trying to ease her tension, though my heart raced, the guilt of Sara’s touch clawing at me. I leaned forward slightly, my hands still on my knees, my eyes holding hers, desperate to pull her closer.

"What happened? Why did you call me here?" Aeri asked, her voice low, a whisper to keep from echoing in the empty washroom, her blush deepening as she glanced around, her sneakers shifting nervously.

Her fingers tightened around her phone, her sweater sleeve slipping slightly, her worry mingling with the awkwardness of standing in a place she didn’t belong.

I stretched, reaching for her hand, my fingers warm against her cool skin as I pulled her gently inside, closer to me.

"Come here," I said, my voice soft but insistent, wrapping my arms around her waist, hugging her tightly, my face pressing into her stomach, her sweater soft and warm against my cheek. "I was missing you and wanted to spend some time alone with you, that’s why." The words were true, but they hid the desperation, the need to feel her goodness after the mess I’d made with Sara, my breath uneven against her.
