Lu Niange hadn’t fully stabilized when a red Ferrari stopped in front of him. The car door was pushed open, and wearing pajamas with disheveled hair, Jian Chenxi ran out from the car, hurling herself toward Lu Niange. Before she even reached his arms, tears were already rolling down her face.
"Niange, are you alright?"

Seeing all this, Jian Chenxi cried even harder. Her whole body began to tremble violently. "Niange, thank goodness you’re fine. How could you drive so carelessly? What would I have done if you had gone off the edge?"
Lu Niange turned back, looked at Jian Chenxi’s tear-streaked face, tugged at the corner of his lips and said, "You haven’t died, so how could I possibly die?"
Jian Chenxi hadn’t expected Lu Niange to say something like that. She abruptly raised her head, her eyes full of disbelief.
Under the dim streetlights, Lu Niange’s face remained the same, his eyes gentle and mellow. However, the cold smile between his brows made Jian Chenxi forget to cry, and she stuttered, "Niange..."
Lu Niange hummed in response, curved his lips, and smiled faintly. The smile was extremely light, swirling like mist, and he said, "Don’t you want to marry me? Then let’s get married."
