Taking the elevator to the orthopedic inpatient ward, they walked down the corridor and arrived at a room.
Assistant Yan pushed open the door and led Chen Yan inside. Chen Yan immediately took in the room—it felt just like a luxury hotel room.
The windows were bright and clean, and the central air-conditioning was on. There was an LCD TV on the wall, along with a sofa and a coffee table.
It even had a separate bathroom.
The only thing different from a hotel room was the hospital bed. The bed was still a standard hospital bed—this couldn't be changed because a professional hospital bed needed to meet emergency standards.
Then, Chen Yan saw President Fang.
The man was lying on the bed, one leg already splinted and wrapped up. When Chen Yan entered, President Fang was browsing something on his phone.
Hearing someone come in, President Fang raised his head. Assistant Yan quickly walked over, "Boss, I've brought Mr. Chen."
President Fang's round, chubby face immediately broke into a smile. His eyes fell on Chen Yan, and his tone was very enthusiastic: "Mr. Chen! Teacher Chen! Finally, you're here..."
As he spoke, he made a move to sit up, but his face immediately twisted in pain. Assistant Yan reacted quickly and rushed over to hold him down, "Boss, don't strain yourself..."
