Chapter 210: Lost Dream (5)
The next day.
The weekend is just around the corner. As a student, everyone loves their days off. So, typically when the weekend arrives, there are whispers and giggles all around, but today is different.
It’s raining from the sky.
Compared to the previous day, it feels much colder, and many students are saying it’s chilly. The gloomy sky sets a somber atmosphere throughout the room.
A student who’s been in the capital for a while laments that once this rain stops, it’s going to get much colder, and the classroom feels even more melancholic.
If you look at the memory of the harvest season, it’s true.
There are some seasons that seem oddly out of place, and some where winter doesn’t arrive at all or stretches on for an unusually long time, but that’s not due to climate – it’s more like an accident.
Why, you ask?
Because there’s a monster living here that can change the seasons.
However, the temperature here doesn’t usually fall below zero. If you head west, the ocean spreads out immediately, and even at the far eastern edge, there’s the sea. In fact, in the middle of the country, there’s a round sea that looks like nothing but a crater.
If you sketch a rectangular pillar from the equator to the northern hemisphere with short left-right sides and a long top-bottom, and carve a circle out of the left half of that pillar, that’s a simple map of this continent.
For reference, this world has more land in the southern hemisphere than the northern one.
