The Number One Master’s assistance made the problem go away like cutting through butter.
The trip to the airport felt a bit hair-raising, as Gao Yi now saw everyone as an assassin out to claim the bounty on his head, which meant the disguise had to be perfect, requiring at least two hours of makeup before stepping out the door.
The airplane was a private jet, a Gulfstream business aircraft, completely empty inside because it was specially chartered for transporting guests; the Number One Master didn’t use it himself.
The Number One Master was in his fifties, with a beard meticulously shaped and styled, wearing a red and white checkered headscarf on his head. He flipped his white robe and took a seat on the sofa, then, with a grand and lavish gesture, he beckoned Gao Yi and Lin Xianghua to sit down.
"My name is Harold Abdulla Alasha, Fesari is my brother."
The Number One Master’s name was Harold, but Fesari was his brother—not surprising since they were both princes; by that logic, any of their peers would certainly be considered brothers.
Harold cast a fleeting glance at Gao Yi, then scrutinized Lin Xianghua, saying, "The things Fesari has done have disgraced our family, they have brought shame to our nation."
It seemed Fesari’s actions were known to others, but how should one say it.
Gao Yi thought for a moment, then said quietly, "We don’t know exactly what he has done, but when we did the job, he didn’t pay us, and that’s definitely not acceptable."
Harold was taken aback, as he hadn’t expected Gao Yi to respond like that.
