Chapter 770 - 771: Cheng Xiaoyue Enters the Su Family
Cheng Xiaoyue sat in Su Qingmiao’s car, her mind in constant turmoil. She had wanted to ask Su Qingmiao where they were heading, but as the words reached her lips, she suddenly didn’t want to ask anymore. Instead, she was curious to see where Su Qingmiao would take her.
After more than half an hour, the car stopped in front of a large gate. Looking at the tall surrounding walls, the imposing gate, and the gatekeepers who looked like spears, she doubted if she had arrived at some military compound, though the guards were neither in police nor military uniforms.
Su Qingmiao rolled down the window and exchanged a few words with the gatekeepers; then the large iron gate slowly opened, and Su Qingmiao drove through.
