Chapter 645 - 646: Life-saving Measures
Song Xiaodong had made his decision in a flash. He straightened his waist and jumped up, dragging the woman who had pounced on him with him. He wrapped one arm around her neck and pulled a dagger from his waistband with the other, pointing it at the woman’s throat.
"Don’t come any closer, or I’ll kill her," Song Xiaodong barked sharply, hoping now that this woman held some status among these people, which would make them cautious about how they dealt with him.
A gasp went up from the crowd, and the nearby people immediately scattered.
Scanning the group, Song Xiaodong realized that none of the skilled experts were present. They probably all had gone to deal with those four idiots, and these young people here knew nothing of Kung Fu.
This realization briefly relieved him. Even though he was injured, these people couldn’t threaten him.

Seeing that Song Xiaodong’s tone was relatively calm, the men’s expressions softened slightly, but it was still the first man who spoke, "Put down the knife first, we won’t hurt you."
Song Xiaodong sneered, "Sorry, but your guns are too much of a threat to me, so it’s better for you to throw your guns to the ground first, then I can let her go."
