"What bad things have you done?" Song Xiaodong felt uneasy inside, but appeared calm. Before he left, Lin Su’er meticulously checked him over, even picking the hairs off his clothes, fearing that any trace of her might be left on Song Xiaodong.

"Then why do you smell like a woman?" Miao Xuanxuan leaned in and sniffed him again.

Song Xiaodong said, "I was at Lin Su’er’s place yesterday, of course I would carry her scent."

"Oh... You mentioned yesterday that you went to her place, what exactly was the issue there?"

After listening, Song Xiaoru and the others all frowned deeply. Miao Xuanxuan even burst out in anger, "That man is such scum, selling his own daughter like that, why didn’t you beat him up instead of giving him money?"

Song Xiaodong sighed and said, "If I had beaten him, that would have put Lin Su’er in a very difficult position."

Song Xiaoru nodded and said, "Yes, no matter how wrong her father was, as a daughter, she couldn’t just watch her father get beaten. That would be utterly unfilial. Dongzi didn’t do anything wrong by acting the way he did."

Miao Xuanxuan, however, disagreed and said, "That depends on what kind of father he is. That scumbag doesn’t deserve to be anyone’s father. What has he done besides contributing his sperm?"

Song Xiaoru and Miao Qingqing blushed at once. Miao Qingqing chided, "Don’t talk nonsense all day long."
