There was silence. Everyone was digesting the information; the shock was too big.

Elder Rowena then thought of something. Her expression became serious.

She said, "I hope hereafter no one targets him."

Hearing that, everyone was taken aback. No one expected Elder Rowena to say this.

"No one is targeting the kid. Who said that to you?" the Dark Shadow University elder asked.

He didn’t want any misunderstanding to happen.

"I heard the Red Mark Warriors from your faction went to his flat to challenge him," Rowena said.

Hearing that, the elder furrowed his eyebrows. He had heard about it as well. Not only him, the other few elders knew about this matter too.

So they didn’t come to support him.

He said, "Forget about old things. After this battle, only a fool would challenge the young man."

The other elders agreed with that.

The female elder from the Giant Tower University wanted to use this opportunity to clear the misunderstanding.

She said, "Rowena, no one from Giant Tower will scheme against the kid."

"I’m happy to hear that," Rowena replied.

The Silver University and Eclipse University elders looked at each other. They had to make a decision as well.

Then both of them said the same thing: they were not going to disturb Zack Lockwood. At that, Rowena smiled.

Next, they shifted the topic to discuss other secret lands. The first secret land’s result came as a surprise, but they had to discuss the other secret lands as well.

I woke up a few hours later. I looked at the clock; it was already midnight. Then I looked for my device and picked it up.

I saw there were new messages from the administration. I opened the messages one by one to read them.

They were all congratulatory messages. They had sent a message on behalf of the council as well, thanking me for saving the lives of the warriors on the battlefield.

As a reward, they were going to send me rare resources tomorrow. For the first time, a relieved smile appeared on my face.

"No one is going to trouble you hereafter except the foreign creatures," the ancient spirit’s voice said.

Hearing that, my expression turned serious.

"They might be thinking I’m staying in the Tier-4 region. They wouldn’t have expected my presence here," I replied.

"Be careful, there is no guarantee that they won’t have spies here," the ancient spirit said.

"Don’t worry, I’m not going to let down my guard," I replied.

"Okay, I trust you. But when it comes to the resources, you should ask them for a list. I can help you select suitable resources," the ancient spirit said.

Hearing that, I felt it was a good idea.

I took the device and began to type a message. I requested them to send me a list so that I could select suitable resources.

After typing the message, I sent it to the Administration.

I got a reply back immediately. Seeing that, I felt relaxed.

"It’s good now. Hope they have something better in their inventory," the ancient spirit’s voice said.

Then I put away the device. I shifted my attention to the clock again. It was midnight. I had already slept for some time, and I was not going to sleep again.

Instead, my attention shifted to the essence chamber. I went to the essence chamber and opened it.

Creak!

I went inside and shut the door behind me. Then I turned on the switch. The energy began to fill the room.

I went to the middle and sat cross-legged on the ground. The energy mixed with the special energy quickly filled the room.

I closed my eyes and began to run the purple lightning method.

Except for the shock force, blood energy force, and sealing force, I had emptied the bloodline force and the purple lightning force.

As I started running the purple lightning method, the lightning bolt rune in my mind began to flicker.

The purple lightning force in the energy began to move towards me. The purple lightning energy filled with special energy entered my body.

I guided the energy to flow through my body. As the purple lightning force went through the path again, I could feel the tempering of my veins and meridians.

After circulation, the purple lightning force settled inside the dantian.

The ancient spirit was absorbing the special energy as well.

Time passed.

The space for the lightning force inside the dantian was getting filled. The purple lightning seed was absorbing the special energy.

I noticed it. I believed there was room for improvement in the lightning seed. If the lightning seed was further developed, it would be useful for me.

I didn’t know how long it would take before the space was filled. Then I shifted my attention to the bloodline force.

I stopped the purple lightning practice and started practicing the bloodline force method. It was a visualization method.

The water-drop rune in my mind began to flicker. I began to visualize.

Slowly, the water force power from the energy in the room drifted toward my body. I circulated the power.

The bloodline water force power went through my body. I could feel another tempering again. I knew it was caused by the presence of the special energy mixed in the ambient energy.

After circulation, the bloodline water force settled down in its space.

Seeing that, I continued to repeat the process.

Time passed.

When the space was full, I switched to another practice and began to work on that.

When morning came, I ended the practice. Now my dantian was filled with the energy of multiple inheritance forces. I even had the healing force fill its space.

I stood up and went to the console switch. I turned off the switch. The energy began to recede. It didn’t take long for the energy to drain completely.

Then I opened the door and walked out. I saw it was morning already. My whole body was drenched in sweat. Next, I went to the bathroom to take a shower.
