He was afraid that his treasured daughter would turn him down.
“Are there no other ways to do it? Does Chu Feng have to do it?” Zhao Zhuyin asked.
That question made others realize that Zhao Zhuyin was not averse to taking other people’s formation energy—she wasn’t that irresolute. She didn’t want to sacrifice Chu Feng because she cared for him.
