“Is there anything else you two want to talk about? Let it all out now. It’ll be a long time before you can meet again,” Long Zhuoyan told Chu Feng and Long Xiaoxiao.
“Take care, Chu Feng. Don’t push yourself too much. You should prioritize your safety no matter the situation. I’ll be waiting for you in the Ninth Galaxy,” Long Xiaoxiao said.
“Don’t worry, I’ll be there in no time,” Chu Feng replied.
Long Xiaoxiao chuckled. She had tremendous confidence in Chu Feng too. She turned to Long Zhuoyan and said, “Master, I’m done speaking my piece.”
“That’s all?” Long Zhuoyan was baffled. “You aren’t going to hug or anything?”
Long Xiaoxiao’s eyes reddened. She did harbor such a thought, but despite her composed front, being in the presence of a powerhouse like Long Zhuoyan still intimidated her. She dared not to let herself loose.
“Are you embarrassed? Shall I excuse myself for a moment?” Long Zhuoyan smiled in mischief.
Long Xiaoxiao’s face further reddened.
Chu Feng gentlemanly stepped forward and embraced Long Xiaoxiao. She was a close friend who had toiled through tough times with him. There was no saying when they would meet again. A hug wouldn’t have been out of place here.
Chu Feng’s sudden embrace flustered Long Xiaoxiao. By the time she snapped out of her daze and wanted to lean against his chest, he had already let go.
