Chapter 377: The Dangers of Spirit Contracts
"Spirit Random Contracts are crazy, with a 99% chance of getting a dud.
Most of the common-grade spirits, which make up the majority, are utterly useless.
The only benefit to raising a common-grade spirit is that it doesn’t take much mana to feed them?
To draw out any power from a spirit beyond the mana you give them, you must offer a tribute related to their name or something similar.
The more insignificant the tribute, like embers from a campfire or bubbles from freshwater fish, the better.
They're easy to get and not expensive either.
But just because you give them something doesn't mean they'll listen to you, and they’re certainly not useful.
Hunting with a spirit?
The whole "pet raising" vibe?
Not a thing hahaha.
Don't believe me? Go ahead and try raising one.
