I Became an Evolving Lizard in a Martial Arts Novel

I was never a part of this world to begin with.

I was just an ordinary person browsing the internet, a pitiful human who died unjustly without committing any crime.

When I opened my eyes again, I was inside a pure white egg. After breaking out of it, I lived the life of a lizard.

Technically, this would be called a past life.

For someone like me, parents didn’t exist.

But that didn’t mean I had no biological parents.

After all, I hatched from an egg, and there were plenty of broken eggshells scattered around me, likely belonging to my supposed siblings.

There must have been a creature that laid me.

I knew that much, but I never actively sought them out.

Survival was my priority, and some unknown parents were of no importance to me.

I won’t deny that as I grew stronger and built my own forces, I did become a little curious about them.

But it was never anything serious.
