“That should be more than enough,” Do-Jun replied, handing Kiriel a bank statement.

“How much is it?” Kiriel asked.
“The building itself is 10 billion won. After factoring in brokerage fees and taxes, you’ll need a few extra billion. But this is a rare find. The building has seven floors, including the basement, and every unit is fully occupied. The monthly rental income alone exceeds 60 million won.”
