"I want you to teach me Ki!" Grey declared with determination, his voice echoing slightly in the quiet evening air.

"Huh?!" Yami muttered in surprise and shock as he stared directly at Grey. "You want to learn Ki?"

"Yes," Grey nodded with firm resolve, his gaze unwavering.

"Why? Just this morning, you said you weren’t interested in learning Ki when I offered to teach you. And now, you’re suddenly interested? What changed your mind?" Yami asked, one brow raised in genuine confusion.

"This morning, I was ignorant to Ki’s advantages. I thought it was just going to be useless to learn it since I still don’t know who I am or where I come from." Grey sighed in exhaustion as he shook his head slowly, eyes dim with fatigue.

"Who knows, maybe where I come from, we can’t learn an outside power. I don’t even know if the continent or place I come from uses their own powers," Grey continued, his voice quieter now.

"I thought to hold on a bit till maybe I regain my memory, but I was wrong. I don’t think I would regain my memory anytime soon. If I’m going to be hunted because of my red hair, then I need to learn a form of defense, right?"

"I’m in continent Vayun, and I need to do as the Yun’s do. So let’s learn their technique and power, shall we? Besides, I don’t want to feel so powerless like I felt today. Seeing Millie stand up for me and almost get injured sparked something in me. So please... teach me how to use Ki." Grey bowed his head slightly as he pleaded with Yami, his fists clenched tightly at his sides.
