"What, are you threatening me now?!" Ethan narrowed his eyes, his voice sharp.
"No, no, no, not at all," the Inferno Arch Devil Azareth said with a lazy wave of his hand, a sly smile playing on his lips. "Just a friendly piece of advice, that’s all. Honestly, from our perspective, the only ones even worth targeting are those three idiots from the Light Alliance. As for you? A newly risen lord?" He chuckled darkly. "We’ve seen your kind come and go more times than I can count. Not many of them are still breathing."
He let out a mock sigh. "Such a shame, really."

But just then—something changed.
A heavy thud echoed through the air.
A corpse came hurtling out of nowhere, slamming into the ground and kicking up a thick cloud of dust.
Looking closer—it was the body of a 13th-Tier Legendary Unit. An Inferno Devil.
Azareth’s smile didn’t fade. He still looked amused, like he couldn’t care less. But even so, he slowly circled the fallen body, then shook his head with a hint of regret.
"Quintis, huh?"
"What a damn fool..."
