Mystic Calling:Stone of Glory

Chapter 274: Overlord Summons

"Even though we’ve got Overlord Aurclim leading us, and we Tidesworn aren’t afraid of any enemy... we still have to admit—Overlord Aurclim probably isn’t a match for the Inferno Overlord."

Naga Swordmaster Kairos spoke slowly, his face a shade paler than usual. You could hear the fear in his voice, no matter how hard he tried to hide it.

Ethan’s eyes flickered, thoughtful. He didn’t say anything, but his mind was already turning over a few ideas.

Overlords were the pinnacle of power in the world of Glory Lords X—the top-tier, godlike beings that each faction worshipped like living legends. But even among gods, there was a hierarchy. Some were stronger than others.

Ethan didn’t know exactly how the Overlords ranked against each other—there wasn’t a clear system for that. But when it came to Mythic Units, the 14-Tier elite troops of each faction, he had a much better sense of who stood where.

If you were talking raw individual power, the top three Mythic Units across all factions were pretty clear: the Inferno’s Arch Devil, the Castle’s Archangel, and the Black Dragon from the Dragonkin.

These three were in a league of their own.

They had no real weaknesses—every stat was off the charts. And their specialties? Absolutely broken.

Take the Inferno Arch Devil, for example.

Tons of HP, sky-high attack, rock-solid defense. On top of that, they were masters of curse magic—able to cripple enemy units with terrifying efficiency.

But the real nightmare? Their teleportation ability. They could blink in and out of combat at will. Show up, wreck your backline, and vanish before you could react. It made them nearly impossible to pin down.
