Divine Arm, Tier 3 Strategic Artifact. Increases the weekly recruitment limit of all Tier 9 and Tier 10 Creature Dwellings (including external dwellings) within the artifact holder’s castle by +3. This artifact is one of the components required to assemble the Tier 4 Strategic Artifact—Divine Arsenal.
