Chapter 177 - 174: Favoring Two People
Waking up in the morning with someone in your arms always made one want to linger in bed.
Warm and soft, it felt good no matter how you held them.
It took Qin Guanglin a full twenty minutes, relying on his exceptional self-control, to extricate himself from the clingy octopus He Fang and crawl out of bed. He then caressed here and pinched there, provoking He Fang to turn over with the blanket in discontent. He chuckled quietly, tiptoeing out of the bedroom to wash up.
After tidying himself up, he returned to the bedroom and watched the still-sleeping He Fang, suddenly filled with regret. It was not easy to stay the night, so why on earth had he chosen a Tuesday?
If it were the weekend, he could indulge in a lazy morning, comfortably embracing her until noon... It had been a miscalculation; he definitely needed to find a way to stay here again on Friday without going back.
As he pondered whether to splash water on the bed at his place on Friday or brazenly stick around, Qin Guanglin arrived at the company.
Glancing around, he realized that because of his dalliance in bed, he was the last one to arrive. Others had finished breakfast and were getting ready to work, while he strolled in belatedly. Fortunately, the time clock was ten minutes behind the actual time, so he wasn’t late.
"Big boss overslept today?"
"Mm, woke up late," Qin Guanglin replied absently as he organized his desk, then looked over at Jiang Lingling, "Right, that Chou Mountain, anytime is fine, depends on when you all decide, but I think for accommodations, a homestay would be better."
He hadn’t camped before, but he imagined it wouldn’t be too glorious. It was summer, and wouldn’t camping just be delivering a meal to the mosquitoes?
"Oh, I’ve noted it down," said Jiang Lingling, jotting it down in her notebook. "Anything else?"
