Lukas, after looking around the alley and seeing no one was around, sighed with relief. He was actually very pleased with the people today, they saved his ass.
" Alright, give me your scarf and hide with me, we can’t go back, as you can see."
Lukas said he was smiling a little, but Annie failed to notice it as it was dark and he was taking her scarf without waiting for her to agree with him.
Annie just gave her scarf and was thinking about where they should escape now. She had no idea where they should go. Lukas, on the other hand, was certain he should not go back to the hotel he was in and call Bella afterwards.
" Let me make a call, you go alone. Nobody will chase you if you leave alone now, as they don’t know you."
Lukas said while pulling out his phone from his pocket that he wanted to call Jay to pick him up, he was getting so many people on to him that it was a hassle to deal with, and on the other hand, he also needed to go back to Princeton.
" Ouch, that hurt my feelings. You know how important it is to become famous for an actress like me? And here you are insulting the hell out of me.
Annie said, she was smirking and talking to Lukas in a little funny tone, and she was also happy that Lukas was so famous.
" Hey, you know I didn’t mean it that way. I just wanted you to be safe from this, and also, you’ll be famous in no time."
Lukas said with a smile on his face while cupping her cheeks with his hands that he was certain she would become so big that she would do so many Oscar-winning films.
" I know, hey, that worked on me, it got me really motivated, so you better watch out, otherwise I’ll be more popular than you."
