Chapter 56: Hotel Suite.
Lukas took Annie inside the suite he just booked. The options at the reception were only two: they could either go for a standard room for $300 per night or a suite with a nice, cozy atmosphere for $425 per night.
Lukas chose $425 per night, but with VAT it will be around $500, so he booked the suite for three days, as he might have to stay here in Philadelphia for some time. He was actually missing his study time, but he just thought it wouldn’t hurt as it was only some days.
" So! Are you going to drink something? "Lukas asked while pointing at the mini fridge in the room.
The hotel staff might have forgotten to pull out the alcohol from it because it was full of many kinds of beverages.
" Sure, let’s have some wine," Annie replied with a sweet tone, then sat on the couch. The hotel room was super big and very comfortable.
The decorations were white and looked classy. Lukas just pulled out whatever wine he got his hands on and started pouring it into two glasses for them, and then he also sat down beside her.
The room temperature was just perfect for them, and they leaned back into the couch and relaxed.
"Are you going to come tomorrow?" Lukas asked as he had told her about the media conference tomorrow.
" I can’t tomorrow, they are going to pick me up from here, and the shoots start tomorrow. I haven’t got the lines yet," Annie said apologetically.
"It’s alright, we both are going to be busy, that actually makes us a perfect fit, just don’t feel this way," Lukas said while touching her cheek gently.
Then they decided to take a shower, as both of them were a little worn out after shopping, and they also needed proper rest for tomorrow.
