Chapter 16: Nightshaders
Min-ho suppressed an ironic grin. He wanted to get angry for what she had said, but a couple of hours prior, he was no different.
Pushing all of these thoughts aside, Min-ho decided to ask what was on his mind.
"What did you tell our supposed team to get them to join us... me... whatever this is."
Savior contemplated.
"The truth," she said.
"And what is the truth?" he asked, feeling a great sense of curiosity at this moment.
Savior lifted her gaze, peering at the architecture of the temple.
She found it mesmerizing how beautiful much of it was despite being in ruins.
The hallway they were traversing was filled with massive statues on each corner, albeit broken, but might nonetheless.
The strange glowing crystals that lined the walls were each of a different design, sometimes they even ran up the statues, making them glow in an ethereal sense.
She turned her sights to the roof, and couldn’t believe how detailed the mural that covered its entirety was.
