The terrifying attraction was frantically draining the magic power from her body, and her strength disappeared at an alarming rate. Candice was shocked and her face turned pale with fright.
She looked at Qin Chu in horror, knowing that all of this was caused by none other than the great Lord Horus.
"Lord Horus..." Candice let out a terrified scream.
She didn't even dare to pull away. Could she really escape in the presence of the great Lord Horus? She was more worried that if she tried to forcibly break free, it might enrage the great Lord.
Because of her presumptuous guesses deep in her heart, she saw Horus as a being far more powerful than herself, capable of killing her effortlessly.
All she could do was let out a desperate plea, hoping that Lord Horus would spare her.
Her scream woke Qin Chu.
He shook his head silently and dispersed the Devourer.
Candice, having narrowly escaped death, gasped for breath. Her pretty face was pale, and her cheeks were covered with beads of sweat the size of beans; she was terrified, her body still trembling incessantly.
Looking at Matras on the ground, this fairly strong Yin Yang Demon had now completely transformed into something else, lying on the ground like a dried corpse, motionless.
His face, eyes, and mouth were deeply sunken in. His entire body looked like a skeleton draped with a dry layer of skin, stuck tightly to it. All of Matras's strength had been thoroughly extracted by Qin Chu.
