Chapter 122 - 119- Completely Blank
Sol lowered his head and continued reading the book.
The entries were sporadic. It seems she only wrote in this journal when she felt overwhelmed with emotions she couldn’t voice to anyone.
Sol also found the answer to a question that had puzzled him ever since he came here.
Why was the palace so empty?
Only one servant was here with the family?
From one of her entries, Sol discovered that this was Su Moon’s decision. It was to protect their family from assassination attempts.
Sol could tell the event of losing their child not only affected this woman but Su Moon as well; he became extremely overprotective.
After skipping through the journal and reaching the last entry, Sol became puzzled.
The last entry spoke about a new servant that had entered their palace, that the woman found strange.
"As soon as he came, he said-"
That was it, that was the last line on the page. But as Sol skipped the page to see what came next, he saw that it was blank. He frowned and ran his fingers across the seam of the book.
