Just like Finn, who sought Penny because she was the only person he thought could help him, Nina also had someone she wanted to confide in. Lily leaned forward, resting her arms on the edge of the table. "Nina, I know juicy gossip when I smell one. This one... it reeks of it. Spill the tea."
"..." Nina pressed her lips into a thin line, looking at Lily pitifully. However, that pity card would never win over gossip — at least, not in Lily’s life.
She huffed and nodded. "Fine, I’ll tell you all about it, but can you please not tell anyone?"
"Nina, I like gossip, but I never spread it. I just listen and then move on!"
"Right..." Nina nodded, knowing that was probably the reason she liked confiding in Lily sometimes. She smacked her lips and shrugged. "The kiss was strange, and I felt a little awkward about it, but the real reason is... I’m not used to living with him."
"Huh?"
"On his first day at my house, I went to the bathroom to do my morning routine. But when I got in... he was there. He had a towel wrapped around his waist, but he was very naked for me. I felt so embarrassed walking in on him in the shower that I had to rush out." Nina shared. "That day, I kept telling myself I would apologize and then try to forget about it."
