"If I were you, I’d take a step back. If you decide to fight me, you’ll end up just like him. I’m sure you saw that I don’t just hit people; I hit them where it hurts the most, and they end up passing out in an instant."
The man stared at Penny before his nose crinkled, letting out a short growl. "You little girl think you can mess with us just because you got lucky!"
As soon as those words came off his tongue, he took a large step and reached out for Penny. However, his actions and response didn’t surprise her at all. When the man crossed into her vicinity, she twisted her body to the side, grabbing his brawny arms with both hands. Using a trick that Wild had taught her for fighting against a big guy, she placed a foot behind his leg and pushed it back.
THUD!
The man’s eyes went wide, more shocked than surprised the moment his back landed violently on the floor.
"Ohh!" the crowd hissed, some even covering their mouths as they felt the pain that had struck the man. Others were bold enough to turn on their flashlights, recording everything that was happening.
"Ugh!" the man let out a short grunt when a foot landed on his chest, gazing up at Penny in horror.
The side of her mouth hooked up as her eyelids drooped. "Told you," she said. "You’d be just like your partner here. It’s just that... I didn’t hit where it hurts because how would you know?"
"Hey!" Aiden screamed, his complexion even more ashen. His entire back stiffened when Penny slowly shifted her gaze to him, feeling his knees wobble in fear. "Get—take her down! I’m not going to pay you if she even touches the tip of my hair!"
The men in the crowd whom he had hired looked at each other, nodding. Aiden hadn’t given his full payment as promised; he had said he would pay in full after tonight. Moreover, that little girl had taken down and humiliated their friends in front of so many people.
