After sleeping until daybreak, Mi Jing woke up to find that Shen Lingxing was no longer there, while Gu Can was still sleeping soundly beside her.
She got out of bed quietly, and after washing up, Mi Jing had just gone downstairs when she smelled a tantalizing aroma of food.
Mrs. Xu had already taken leave to return to her hometown yesterday, so the person making breakfast could only be Shen Lingxing.
"Up this early today?" Hearing the footsteps, Shen Lingxing turned his head to look.
It was already almost eight o’clock, which was not early by any means, but Mi Jing liked to sleep in, so this was indeed early for her!
