Chapter 38: Mi Jing’s Might
Phew...
Mi Jing let out a breath, handed the car keys to Mi Wan, and said softly, "Sis, you wait for me in the car, I’ll be down in a bit."
Just hearing the sound made Mi Wan nauseous. She had no interest in watching a real-life drama, so she took Mi Jing’s suggestion, grabbed the keys, and went downstairs without hesitation.
Intermittent moaning sounds came from the room. Mi Jing cautiously peeked in and saw the two people entangled nude on the bed. She felt the time was right and turned on her camera, then positioned it at the door frame to start recording.
After a while, Mi Jing’s hand holding the camera grew sore and shaky, so she had to stop recording. Taking a deep breath, she reviewed the footage.

Mi Jing wasn’t quite satisfied with the footage. She thought, she must give Song Guotao and that woman a real scare — scare them so much they’d be traumatized for life!
Mi Jing had learned photography from her cousin, so she had some skill. She used to only take pictures for fun, like of puppies and flowers, but she never thought it would come in handy for catching adultery!
After adjusting the camera’s focus, Mi Jing aimed at the two on the bed and snapped away furiously. Perhaps they were too engrossed, as they didn’t notice her presence.
The lights in the room were on, the lighting was ample. Mi Jing could clearly see their positions. Despite the urge to vomit from the disgust, she turned on the camera’s flash, approached them quietly, and prepared to take close-up shots of their faces.
