"After you finish eating, I’ll give you a massage!" Zhang Yantong served a bowl of congee to Ye Chen, then personally fed him. With every spoonful of congee, Zhang Yantong would blow on it twice, then test the temperature. If it was too hot, she would keep blowing. It was truly meticulous care. "No need, help me outside for a walk!" Ye Chen looked at Zhang Yantong.
"Okay!" Zhang Yantong nodded.
Zhang Yantong supported Ye Chen. Even though almost all of Ye Chen’s weight was on her shoulder, she didn’t feel tired at all. She worked hard to support him. After walking out of the hospital room, they were greeted by the nice sunlight. The morning sun shone on the earth, without much heat and not too harsh. The two found an open spot and sat cross-legged on the grass.
"How do you feel? Is there anywhere uncomfortable?" Zhang Yantong asked anxiously.
"No, it’s fine!" Ye Chen smiled.
"Do you know how upset I was the day the doctor pronounced you dead? Especially yesterday when your vital signs disappeared, it was such a heavy blow to me!" Zhang Yantong held Ye Chen’s hands and stared into his eyes, saying, "You are the most important person in my life, you’re everything to me. If you left, I don’t think I could go on living!"
