Chapter 418 - 218: Lifeline
Driving toward the mountain peak campsite, we stopped the vehicle halfway up the hill. Using several drones to lead the way, we quickly locked onto a dozen Black people at the campsite through an aerial view. Hearing the faint drone noise, they looked up to see the drones, but before they could react, the fleet of drones plunged from the sky in a kamikaze attack.
Accompanied by the sound of explosions, the pickup truck nearby burst into flames instantly, the blast wave hurling several Blacks into the air, their fate unknown. A few drones hovered around the campsite for exploration, scanning with thermal imagers, entering warehouses, and buildings, but no further signs of life were found.
Blitz reported the situation to the General Sect Leader, and only then did Allen Zhang relax. He directed Sieg to continue driving towards the mountain top.
