Old Jack accepted the money with a beaming smile, packing it into his carry-on bag.
He then handed out $400,000 to Old El and his grandson Mike, "This is your combined 25% share!"
The two happily accepted; this was a whole 5% more than the initially promised 20%.
Allen Zhang looked at the remaining $720,000 and smiled, "The rest of this money belongs to my team. Any objections?"
"No, I’m content. After all, your team did put in a lot of effort, and without you guys, the two of us alone wouldn’t have been able to secure the $1.2 million bounty, not to mention distributing shares to the others. It’s already an outstanding accomplishment!"
Originally just aiming to earn $300,000 and call it quits, Old Jack couldn’t be more satisfied with taking home $480,000.
