Chapter 98: Nona
"Well, yes. If they are going to be strong enough for the days ahead, it will be best if they evolve, though I’ll not be the one naming them," Aric said. He sat down on his chair. "The spirits will handle that for me. They need to do something around here, after all," Aric said.
"Didn’t they help you take out the goblins?" Ronan asked.
"That, that’s not enough," Aric said. He leaned forward on the table, his elbows pressed hard against the wood with his interlocked fists right before his mouth.
"The next major issue is housing. This isn’t something that we can overlook. We lack the space to handle all of you now, so we’ll have to expand.
I hope the ogres can help in this expansion," Aric said.
"As you wish, Master Aric. I’ll head down and speak to the ogres. They’ll all be under your control from now," Ronan said.
"Good. I’ll leave that to you, Ronan. We have to start immediately, so get everyone ready. But don’t force anyone to work. Anyone who feels like they can work should work.
Anyone that’s willing to work will get some reward for it. I don’t want to make anyone slave away without reward.
Feeding will also be handled by me, so don’t worry about that," Aric said.
Ronan nodded and walked out of the office with the other four following him. Dawn smiled at Aric before she walked out, while Nala glanced over at him very quickly before walking out.
