Chapter 82: Getting information, Part one
"So how do you plan on taking him back? Dragging him there in thorns?" Pentharis asked, casting a gaze at Gorin.
"Well, that was the plan before you showed up. Help me out with some chains, they have to be thick and made of dense material, we don’t want him having a chance at all," Aric said.
"Sigh, I didn’t come out here to work, you know," Pentharis complained, but he had already started making them. The metals formed, twisted, and turned, creating the loops that interlocked each other.
He was able to perfectly merge the seams back into one, making the chain have no weak point. When he was done, Aric used the vines to raise Gorin, and then Pentharis used the chains to wrap around him, while Silva removed the vines at the same time.
Gorin tried to take advantage of what they were doing and shake out, but the switch was way too fast for him; he was already tied up in chains.
Aric collected the chain from Pentharis and started pulling Gorin along with the group, without any regard for him.
Aric and Pentharis walked side by side, Pentharis constantly casting gazes behind at Gorin.
"That flame he used, it came from the crystal, right? I saw that," Pentharis asked.
"Yeah, the crystal formed on his head and suddenly gave him some sort of rage mode," Aric said. He furrowed his brow in thought. "I’m beginning to have a feeling that the terror’s main power might have something to do with crystals," Aric said.
"I see, then he must have an absurd amount of Mana crystals then," Pentharis said.
