Chapter 47: Three female Goblins
The rays of the morning sun seeped through the windows of the house. Aric’s eye twitched and then opened. He felt a weight on his body. He looked down and saw Ariel lying on his arm.
He recalled all that had happened last night—the fiery moment of passion they had that only lasted for hours despite it being their first.
Her naked body lay on his own on the bed without any care in the world. His ear twitched, and he heard the sound of people moving. That meant the others were waking up.
"Shit, we need to get dressed," he said quickly and opened the system interface, went to the shop, and searched for a gown for Ariel. He got one that seemed simple.
The clothes appeared, and he started tapping her to wake her up. She let out a groan but didn’t wake up. Aric leaned in closer and spoke into her ear.
"You know, if you don’t wake up, someone that isn’t me might see you naked," Aric said. Her eyes twitched and opened. She pouted at Aric, but he gave her a smile in response.
"You need to get dressed. There is a lot to be done today and very little time to do it. Twenty-four hours is simply not enough anymore," Aric said.
She slowly got up and saw the dress that he prepared. She picked it up and put it on while Aric put on his clothes as well.
After she was done, she got up and looked at Aric. Aric noticed her looking at him and smiled. He still couldn’t believe that they had done that together last night.
She walked to him and gave him a hug. She could barely hold back her smile as she hugged him. She let go of him and walked out of the building, but immediately after she walked out, she walked back in.
Aric looked at her, confused as to why she did that.
"Aric, you might want to come and see this," she said. Aric nodded and walked to the door. She let him get past and go outside.
