Chapter 88: Humiliated
Despite Vladimir’s aloofness, Sasha tried her best to be patient with him. She thought he was just having a bad day that’s why he was grumpy and cold towards her.
She put on her gentle smile as she made another attempt to offer him her gift.
"I’ve bought this already for you. Please accept this." Sasha insisted, putting the rectangular box in Vladimir’s hand.
After saying that, she also handed the paper bag to Vladimir. "Thank you for letting me borrow this dress. I’m returning them to you."
Vladimir narrowed his eyes on her. He hated the way Sasha talked to him as if they had known each other. He never gave her a dress. Why would he do that?
"Stop this, woman. I don’t even know you. I guess you mistook me for someone. I’ve never given you a dress. Don’t be delusional." Vladimir mocked her, feeling annoyed.
He pushed her away. He put down the rectangular box on the surface of the counter, returning it to Sasha.
Sasha could no longer take it. She was hurt because Vladimir was acting like he didn’t know her. After what they did in the hotel, this guy was pretending not to know her at all.
"Stop playing with me, Mr. V. If you want me to forget what happened between us, then be frank with me. Instead of acting rudely and pretending you don’t know me at all." Sasha burst out, lashing out at him.
Her last remarks made Vladimir more irritated. How dare she raise her voice against him?
"Don’t waste my time. You are being delusional." Vladimir shook his head in dismay before turning around. It’s best for him to avoid this woman. She started spouting some nonsense.
His staff started watching them with intrigue. Sasha’s angry voice caught their attention.
