Chapter 76: Never Letting Go
The simple top and trousers made it easy to take off. Still, he thought, when taking Shiao Yi out in public, he would need to dress him in something more proper—something with a more complex design. Something that covered him well.
This beautiful skin of his—Dominic didn’t want anyone else to see it. It belonged to him alone.
He brushed his lips over the smooth skin that had just appeared and savored it when Shiao Yi pressed Dominic’s shoulder.
"Dominic. You undress too. Show me your body," Shiao Yi whispered in a voice heavy with heat.
Just that alone stirred Dominic and made him ache with desire.
Dominic knelt over Shiao Yi’s body, straddling him, and quickly stripped off his own clothes. His skin was sun-tanned, marked with many scars. But Shiao Yi narrowed his eyes against the light and reached out to touch Dominic’s body.
"Every time I see you, Dominic, I think your body looks amazing. So strong and impressive. Your muscles are sharp and clean—anyone can see how much training you’ve done. It feels like a waste that I’m the only one who gets to see this. Your face too... it’s handsome and manly. I bet women go crazy over you. There’s no way they’d just leave you alone. And yet, you’ve only had one experience before? That’s hard to believe. Still... I don’t want to share you with anyone else. Even if the women curse me to death, I don’t care. Right now, in this moment, you only belong to me."
Shiao Yi placed a kiss on Dominic’s chest. Then another, and another—each kiss stirring up a heat that spread like waves through Dominic’s body, making him burn inside.
"Shiao..."
Unable to resist anymore, Dominic pushed down on Shiao Yi’s shoulders and stole a kiss from his lips. His body ached, desperate to devour Shiao Yi. He could feel Shiao Yi’s own arousal pressing against his lower belly, hot and firm.
Dominic reached for the small bottle of scented oil placed by the pillow and began to work his fingers gently over Shiao Yi’s entrance. He wanted to be gentle, to take his time, but his impatience always took over, making his movements rushed. At the very least, he tried to touch Shiao Yi’s most sensitive spots, loosening him up in ways that brought him pleasure.
"Dominic... it’s okay already... just put it in... please..."
Kind as ever, Shiao Yi could sense Dominic’s struggle to hold back and gave him permission. It must still hurt, Dominic knew that. But the moment Shiao Yi said those words, he gave in and stopped resisting.
Shiao Yi’s body welcomed Dominic in—so hot, so tempting, and absolutely incredible. He pulled Dominic into a whirl of pleasure, wrapping around him completely.
"Dominic... ahh... I love you... ah... aah..."
Shiao Yi’s voice melted with pleasure, panting and moaning, calling out Dominic’s name. That only pushed Dominic further, made him lose himself, made him want more. Again and again, he let his desire to be poured into Shiao Yi. He couldn’t stop. He didn’t want to. His hunger had taken over, and he devoured Shiao Yi completely.
Shiao Yi’s body was so much smaller and more delicate than Dominic’s. He didn’t have the same stamina as him either. There was no way he could really take the full weight of Dominic’s desire—but even so, Dominic couldn’t hold himself back.
He never knew that making love could bring such overwhelming, mind-numbing joy. Not until he had Shiao Yi. He had never even imagined it. In fact, he once believed he didn’t need anything like this in his life.
But after having Shiao Yi, he was no longer the same. It was as if he had become someone else—someone who craved him constantly. Becoming one with Shiao Yi had turned into a bliss that nothing else could replace. It wasn’t just about their bodies; it was their souls, deeply drawn to each other. Being inside him, feeling his heat and breath, Dominic felt like his whole being was melting into Shiao Yi.
Dominic wished he could stay joined with Shiao Yi like that for an entire day, never separating from him, never letting go.
If Shiao Yi ever said he wanted to leave Dominic, he wasn’t sure what he might do. He might break Shiao Yi’s arms and legs and lock him away in a hidden room. That’s how deep his obsession had grown—close to madness. He knew this twisted possessiveness must feel like a burden to Shiao Yi.
But now that he had Shiao Yi in his hands, he could never let him go free again. Never.
"Dominic?"
It seemed Shiao Yi had woken up from the sound of the wooden shutters being opened.
The dim room that was lit only by light slipping through the gaps, slowly filled with the soft brightness of morning.
The rain that had fallen for the first time in a while the night before had already stopped. The air, washed clean by the rain, carried a refreshing chill that swept away the thick, humid heat that had filled the room.
"Good morning, Shiao. I’m sorry I was too rough. Rest as long as you need."
He kissed Shiao Yi’s lips, still drowsy and languid.
From yesterday evening all the way into dawn, Dominic had completely devoured him.
Shiao Yi hadn’t even noticed when Dominic bathed him and washed his body afterward.
He hadn’t even been given dinner. There was no excuse—he had been a terrible partner. He’d have to tell Eline to prepare something nourishing for Shiao Yi later today.
He looked at Shiao Yi’s sleeping face again.
Shiao Yi had said he wanted to work beside Dominic as his assistant.
But honestly, Dominic hesitated to bring him into the royal palace. He didn’t want anyone else to see him.
Because once they did, they would surely want him too.
Dominic wanted to stay by his side always.
But meetings were still going on at the palace and Dalmasca Kingdom was making suspicious moves again.
He gave Shiao Yi one last lingering look before finally forcing himself to turn away and open the door, cutting off his own longing.
