Angel took out a picture out of her bag and handed it to Jon.
He thought it was a ’sexy’ picture of this old lady so it could rile him up. He knew it wouldn’t work, but he still had to show appreciation to his client.
But to his surprise, it was actually the most recent picture of Madeline Rose with her new boyfriend that shook up the internet, Lancelot Grant, the second son of the Grant family.
They looked good together as their pictures were taken in front of a fireplace of what seemed to be inside a castle.
Jon had a lot of connections and came to know that the Grant family was ultra-rich, so thinking of them having a fully functional castle wasn’t surprising.
"My fiance got this picture sent to him a few days ago, and he has been in a jolly mood ever since," Angel said coldly. "He keeps saying that his second brother has found a girl who will be well accepted into his family, so he could put his mind at ease."
"Really? Isn’t that a good thing? I don’t have any good feelings for her anymore. But at least she’s doing just fine after our scandal broke out," Jon commented.
"It’s not good at all. I want that bitch out of my family," Angel snapped. "She’s a menace, and she’s already managed to seduce my fiance too."
"Oh—did your fiance sleep with Madeline?" Jon asked cautiosly, and Angel’s gaze darkened.
"Not yet, but they will definitely do it eventually," Angel replied. "And I need your help to get rid of her."
